We respect your right to privacy. At Full Uppa we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we may collect includes your name, gender, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Full Uppa does not store your credit card information. Full Uppa will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim to provide customers an enjoyable shopping experience, if something is not how you expect it, please take the time to contact us and we can try and rectify the problem.
We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is faulty. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please carefully consider the size guides available on the website to avoid incorrect sizing.
Please keep in mind when purchasing clothing online, the colour of the clothing may differ on computer/phone screens compared to real life.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please contact us via email to arrange a return. Once return is received and assessed, you will receive an email to notify you if your return application has been successful. If approved, refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7 days depending on your financial institution.
In the event you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

Only full priced merchandise is eligible for refund, unfortunately no refunds available on sale items.
